Delete my account
You can delete your account at any time from the app.
How to do it
- Open the Afrolook app and sign in.
- Go to your profile, then to the settings.
- Choose "Delete my account" and confirm.
What happens next
- Your access is cut right away: you are signed out of all your devices.
- Your account is permanently deleted after 15 days.
- During those 15 days you can ask the team to restore your account: write to us from your account's e-mail address.
- A restoration requires unlocking the account, as for an inactive account; the team can waive it if the mistake is ours.
